HP Envy 6000 Printer
Other

About half way through the setup process on my phone, I got a message - setup failed.

I decided to continue using the builtin web connection via my browser. I was able to connect and even print out the PIN for the printer, but the PIN was not accepted. So I cannot do anything with the printer.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Just to be sure that the printer is the HP Envy Pro 6000 series and not the HP Envy Photo 6220 series?

For HP Envy 6000 series, there are several ways to set up and connect to a wireless network.

Might want to do a reset first:

Check out these resources on setting it up:

Hope that helps!
