Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
HP Drivers are FREE, please beware of scammers that ask for a fee for the drivers. Windows 11 can use HP Smart app (downloadable from Microsoft store).
For the problem you're facing, xcan try to do a wireless reset and then use HP Smart app to setup and connect the printer to the network?
