HP Envy 6132e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Had a printer for a couple of months now, and although it always hesitated or said it was offline, I managed to print things off. now, yesterday, it says there is no printer driver installed. Went to HP site, which said to remove a version and reinstall. There does not seem to be a driver anymore for the printer.. Can anyone advise?

Select Your Printer: From the search results, select your specific printer model.

Go to Drivers & Downloads: Navigate to the "Drivers & Downloads" section for your printer.

Download the Full Feature Software and Drivers: Look for the "Full Feature Software and Drivers" package and click "Download".

Install the Driver:

  • Once the download is complete, open the installer file.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
  • Restart your computer if prompted.

Reconnect the Printer:

  • Ensure the printer is turned on and connected to your computer either via USB or wirelessly.
  • If it's a wireless connection, follow the manufacturer's instructions to reconnect the printer to the network.
