HP Envy 6120e 

It was jammed with a print que and other issues so i did a factory reset having done this before it i thought it would be fine, however my printer has jammed wit the setup QR code on the screen, it doesn't look like its setup to wifi no and i cant do anthing as the printer screen is jammed with this QR code on.

Ive followed links for QR code but it doesn't do anything at all

Hi @Sharon747 

1.  if the QR code is showing on the printer screen, maybe need to open Paper tray to continue with some printer alignment page.

2. Open the Paper tray and load some paper.
