Hello @Irwin6 : 

So unfortunately the Offline problem has returned.  I tried everything you suggested, and also downloaded the HP Print and Scan doctor, which also can't help me.  It can locate the printer, "fix" whatever issues there are, but the test page will not print.  Please see images below. 

It appears the only way this printer will work is if it shows "offline" i have to turn it off then back on.

Hi @Irwin6:

Update:  I ended up speaking with someone at HP who then changed a few settings on my computer remotely. Since then, the printer does not show as "offline".
