HI,

I've had my Envy 6432e for a while and have used it multiple times. Had some issues recently. And now I'm trying to reset it and connect to wifi. Unfortunately it seems now to be stuck.

The main light is constantly glowing white, no matter what I do. I've tried getting it into "Wifi pairing" mode by pressing and holding the wifi button down for 5 seconds. Most of the time it does nothing. Occasionally the wifi flashes a couple times and then turns off. The main light continues to be solid white. Although, the white light could be considered off white/amber but no other lights are on.

Basically, I'm trying to figure out a way of doing factory reset so I can start again from scratch as I'm just stuck in a loop of being unable to do anything with it or get any information about what's wrong.
