Sorry - no such compatibility for Windows 95 and the HP Envy 6455e.
The Full Driver printer software is compatible back to and including Windows 7.
HP app (Windows version) is compatible with Windows 10.

Enable / Disable the service to hold the print job until the person who sent it is near the printer.
