I have had a HP Envy 6455e for little over a year and it has been working until this weekend. Printing failed and it produces E6 error. I have restarted, checked for paper jams, checked the ink cartridges, performed a hard reset, and checked for firmware updates via the EWS (none needed). None of these worked so I did a factory reset. The printer is on the network but setup fails using the HP Smart App on iOS and Windows 11. I received Error Code EBS00P0013.
I am at a loss as to what else to try if factory reset does not work.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your printer that has blinking lights or an error code.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
A) Perform a power drain.
1) Take out the cartridges
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges
B) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.
C) Refer to the steps on this link to further troubleshoot.

Irwin6,
I went through the power drain, no changes. The firmware was up to date according to the EWS. I restored factory defaults. When I set up the printer again it got through connecting to the network and it failed. I exited setup and tried again like the error message said and again I received the same error message.
Error Code EBS00P0013
What does this error code mean?
