Microsoft Windows 11

My printer keeps printing pdf's with a shadow that makes them blurry. I have I tried everything. I uninstalled the printer and then reinstalled it. I have the HP Smart app, that didn't do anything. I tried downloading the full driver but when I do it asks for the IP address or host name and then says neither of them are correct.

 

I see that this is a widespread issue. Does anyone have any new suggestions?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What's the application you are trying to print from? 
  • Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 
  • Could you please share the picture of the error message?
