Friend has a new hp envy 6555e. This printer has a confusing array of software. Hp smart, some other cloud based software & a third software to manage an hp account. This printer has several symptoms: 1) it is difficult to create a connection. 2) constantly going from "ready" status to "offline". 3) taking five minutes to start printing 4) printing 75% of the page 5) these symptoms are present whether connected via wifi or USB. I set the printer up at her condo by usb first & had many problems, so gemini recommended disconnecting from us & using wifi. It was very buggy, but I eventually got it working. After moving her to her new apartment and connecting to the new wifi, I had all of these issues I described above. So gemini suggested hp smart. That didn't help. Print commands generate a print job but it just gets stuck in the queue. Sometimes it prints 75% after long delay. Other times, the print jobs just sit on queue. Yesterday at new apartment, I tried both wifi & USB with same result.  ChatGPT is saying it could be bad board or other hardware failure, where I would trigger my warranty. Any suggestions?
