I am using a laptop and printer that are both less 1 month old. Both are HP products. I am on Windows 11, Word 365, HP Envy 6555e,   I want to do duplex printing. I have changed the Windows printer settings to allow duplex printing as well as the Word 365 duplex printing is on. I have tried flipping the page to be printed both long and short sides. I still only get printing on one side of the paper.

Install the printer using HP Easy Start. To achieve full printing capabilities with all functions, the driver must be fully installed.
