Product: Hp envy photo 7155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have the HP Envy 7100 Series. Every time I try to turn on Bluetooth Smart, it just says “Bluetooth smart turning on” with a blue circle that continues to spin and spin. My computer tries to connect but says the printer in in error status. I can’t print at all because it won’t even update the documents I want printed in the apps for Google drive. HEELPPP!!
