My HP Envy 7155 All-in-one printer is having issues since I received my new HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC
Product number: 6M7N3AV in March which has Windows 11. I opened a ticket but support techs were unable to find a fix and closed it. I'm trying again in hopes there is resolution since then. The printer won't print in cyan nor will it print double-sided and it won't print until it is turned off and turned back on. I have been trying to fix it since March with the help of your technicians but no luck. Last correspondence was that I should purchase a new printer. This one works fine with Windows 10 so I really don't want to do that.

I see that you are facing print quality issues with your HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-In-One Printer.
Please follow the steps listed below to clean the cartridges.
1. Load plain white paper in the tray.
2. Open the HP Smart app, and then click the picture of your printer to open the settings and management tools.
3. In Print Quality Tools or in Advanced Settings > Tools > Utilities > Print Quality Toolbox, select Clean Printhead to start the cleaning tool.
4. Review the Print Quality Diagnostic page that prints for defects and any instructions to resolve the issue. Run up to two more cleaning cycles, if necessary.

I have tried all of these suggestions numerous times on my own and with help from your support team since I got my new Windows 11 laptop in March. I believe that the issue is with the drivers since the printer works fine on my windows 10 laptop but not on my new Windows 11 laptop. I am on my 2nd printer cartridges trying to resolve this.

3. Select HP Smart
4. Select Uninstall
Step 2: Reinstall HP Smart App.

2. Open the HP Smart app.
3. The app searches for recently installed printers.
- If your printer displays, click it. If you are setting up a new printer, it might display with Set-Up under the name.
