Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has anyone resolved the stuck on load screen issue with their HP Envy 7100 series printer? I've tried the 60 seconds unplug and replug. That solution does not work. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I see that you that your HP ENVY Photo 7158 All-In-One Printer is stuck on the HP logo screen.

  

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this link


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware from this link
