Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

 

Is this the first time you are setting up the printer?

 

Do you have the color cartridge that reads as setup on them?

 

Please try to initialize the printer using the color cartridge only.

Insert the color cartridge.

Close the cartridge access door or lid.

If a single-cartridge mode message displays, acknowledge it to initialize the printer. 

An alignment page prints confirming the issue is resolved. 

 

Install the other cartridge to continue printing.
