Hello,

 

I have an HP Envy 7855 printer.  I use Memorex Expressit software to print DVD case inserts and DVD Labels.

 

The printer will print a case insert no problem to glossy phot paper,  however it will not print to glossy dvd labels.  When I click print, it acts like it's going to print but nothing ever ends up in the que.  It will not print to any kind of paper.  


Any help would be appreciated!
