I cannot open the down load of the Easy Start installation program on my Mac. Please help!

Probably you downloaded the following file

 

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_9_5_3891_33.exe

 

Unfortunately Apple machines won't run all *.exe files, only Windows machines run *.exe files. Please download the following file, unzip and install on your Mac

 

     https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
