Cannot get printer to print page from my computer. They are both wireless. I reinstalled the printer, it says "connected" and

it shows all is ok. It will print copies and from my phone. (I removed the program (eprint) from my phone in icase that was a 

problem. Still  not working. I installeed HP suggestion for the complete software pak..Nothng is working. The Printer Status report Passes everything and the  Wireless Network test Passes evrything. I don't know what else to do to get this printer

working with my computer or vice versa.. Anyone have a solution I am ready to try it.  I am at my wits end  after 3 days of trying HP suggestion, following the specifics of each suggestion, installing, uninstalling , etc. etc..  Thank you for any help with this.

ITS SOLVED!!! I found a Post on the Community, followed the steps to software . It worked!! It only took me 3 days, lots of

work, but this post nailed it!. I was on the track, but did not remove the drivers. This gave good instructions on how to do that. It was easy (once you know how the right way!). I had to install the software after restarting after  re moving the printer device

and the printer drivers.  So, when I restarted, I lost the post for the member (?) who post4ed it. But, I am going to find it

and when I do, I will give the proper thank you and let the community know , so maybe someone else can have the same

problem solved. Thank you all community members and HP workers..its great to have good help.   The best to all.

PS I dkdn't know how to let you guys know it was solved, so I used the reply..you can let me know how to do this, Iwould

appreciate it. Only have done on someone elses post who helped, buy lost this one post.
