I bought HP black and color 64 XL toners and received this message "use setup cartridges that came with your printer". Printer was purchased and the setup cartridges were not in the box. I contacted your Customer Service Rep, who told me he would send the "SetUp cartridges" by UPS.  Today, 10/27/21, I did not receive the set up cartridges instead received the same cartridges I purchased earlier.  Where are the setup cartridges?  The set up cartridges were not in the box with the printer.  Can the option to bypass the setup cartridges, so I can use the cartridges sent to me. I didn't know setup cartridges were required/needed.  The printer is needed so I can work from home.  Otherwise, I am inconveniencing myself and others by having to go crosstown to use someone else's computer and printer.
