Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I updated the firmware to printer HP Envy Photo 7858 two day ago and now the  HP software installed on my computer does not communicate with the printer. It worked before I updated the firmware. When I purchase this printer 3 1/2 months ago(still under Manuf. Warranty), I search for the drivers and software online because it came with no CD. So I download it and installed it. When I open the HP software I would click on "Maintain your Printer" and it would provide me with all the printer's info and maintenance. Now all it does it alerts me there is no communication to the printer. The messages I get are 1."the computer is unable to establish 2 way communication to the device." under Cart. Estimate & Device Info.  2. "unable to communicate with the usb device". under the Device svc & Device Rep. tab. With the  firmware the printer came with the HP software work great. Now that this new firmware was install its not working with the HP software. Can anyone provide me with any solution to fix this problem. And Can I go back to the old firmware? Any suggestions I would appreciate very much. Thank you in advance for your expert advise. Stay safe.
