Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

does anyone has printing alignment issue on the HP Envy Pro 6420?

 

My header and footer margins are both set the same. But when printed, the footer is about 1.8cm more towards the top.

No gutter position set.

Tried on MS Excel and Word.

@balance_mind, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Have you tried printing a PDF file or webpages and check the alignment?

This could be an application-specific issue with Microsoft apps.

Also, make a copy and check the alignment. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Refer to step 9 in this document to know how to align the printer.
