Hi

My printer stopped communicating with my laptop a while ago and I've been using the USB to print but want to be able to use wireless. I feel like I have tried everything! I've uninstalled the printer and have tried reinstalling it numerous times. It seems to be connecting and says 'The Software is installed and your device is connected' and then a pop up appears that says 'Unable to Connect. Connection to the Internet was not found or has been lost'. Both the laptop and printer show good signals. I  have turned off the router, printer and laptop and tried again. We did have a new booster added a few months ago but can't remember if the problem started around about then. I have checked that the laptop and printer are connected to the same router and I've done a configuration page and test page and it says there are no problems found. Any suggestions most welcome!! Many thanks
