Envy 5540
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

just signed up to Sparklight (don't judge me)

I now have 2 new networks

CODA-5DB0

CODA-5DB0-5G

The first seems to be a decoy to mess with my head.  The second does connect me to the world wide web.

However, the Envy only detects the first network, which I don't have a password for since it is not my router model.  But when I type in the second network name into the printer touchscreen, it says that the network is not found.  I used caps and made sure the 0 is not a O.

Is there something I'm missing here?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is not detecting the new network.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I see that you are trying to connect the printer to the 5GHz band and the printer doesn’t support the 5GHz band. You need to connect the printer to the 2.4GHz band which is the first network that you have listed.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
