Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a recurring problem with this printer, if not used for a few days it defaults to 'letter' rather than A4, refuses to print duplex, and will not print in colour. I've tried all of the work arounds suggested in this forum, which work for a while then the fault returns. I spent 3 hours with on-line help last week and ended up with my printer being completely unusable, I was then told I had to phone the help desk for advice!! This morning the fault has reoccurred. I can't afford the time to delete then reinstall drivers etc every time I want to print a colour document.
