When installing the HP driver from the HP website (file name: DJ_AIO_03_F2200_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_404-4.exe)
the installation only happened partially. But the installation does seemed to have installed the printer driver and "HP Solution Centre" and other programs such as product registration etc.
But when I try and scan from the Solution Centre I get and error message pop up:
After this error message is displayed the Solution Centre says that the printer is offline.
Also sometimes when I try and turn the printer off HP software pops up to try and complete the installation which it didn't finish in the first place (i think this is what it is doing).
The error log for the final installtion is here:
What is the problem here and can it be fixed?
Alternatively, I have installed the HP scan and Capture App from the Windows Store to the same PC but it cannot recognise the printer. There doesn't seem to be an IP address associated with the printer therefore this program cannot recognise the printer.
Thanks,
