HP F4400 Printer, Windows 10 64bit. Windows sees the printer. HP Smart does not.

HP F4400 Printer. Windows 10 64 bit. Windows see's the printer, say it is working correctly.  I downloaded HP Print and Scan Doctor.

It says all it good. Printer Online. Prints a test page.

HP Smart sees the printer when you add it. A green dot says its online.

As soon as HP Smart adds it, it says "Printer Offline".

Will not print or scan.

The Printer Scans and Prints when connected to a Windows 7 laptop.

The problem is not the printer.
