Product: Hp f4580

I have a HP DESKJET F4580 from the dark ages of 2008.It has and will continue to print for decades if I have my way. My Issue comes as I needed to reset it due to a paper jam fault and now the printer will not switch back on. I fear it is the last time this beast will whir again. 

 

The power button does not switch it off or on. none of the buttons have any affect on it. Unplugging and replugging doesn't't seam to work. Attached image shows what it does when plugged in.WIN_20230830_16_49_23_Pro.jpg
