Dear Team,
I have an HP Enterprise Flow N7000 snw1 scanner. When I use it on a PC running Windows 10, it works normally. However, after upgrading to Windows 11, I get the message "The HP Imaging Device was not found" when I turn on the scanner.
I have uninstalled the existing driver and downloaded the latest Windows 11 driver from HP’s official website to install driver, i have already done this twice, but the error still occurs.
What should I do now to get the scanner working?

I seem to have the same issue with Windows 11. We have a nuymber of scanners being used, randomly, out of working fine, the PC fails to recognize the device. . Removed and reinstalled software, different USB ports etc. Only "fix" is the replace PC, which is a little time consuming for the end user.
