Hello everyone,

I’m currently using a MacBook Air M4 running macOS Sequoia 15.6, and I’m having serious trouble getting my HP Ink Tank 310 to work.

The printer is detected at times, but print jobs never complete and the printer queue keeps disappearing. I’ve seen some posts here where users shared driver download links, but when I open them, I get a message saying:
“Oops, we can’t find this transfer” — so I assume the links are already expired.

At this point, I’m a bit stuck and honestly close to banging my head on the wall 😅.

My questions:

  1. Is there any updated or working driver for HP Ink Tank 310 that supports macOS Sequoia (Apple Silicon / M4)?

  2. If someone has a new, non-expired driver link, could you please share it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Hi @fikrirafl

Try to install with the next Apple Ink Tank basic driver:

1) Connect your printer with USB cable:

2) Then install the next software
