Hi, is their anyway to get my subscription restored. It expired in April due to my debit card have an expiry date of 05/21, I keep trying to start a new subscription but it keeps saying cancelling in progress/ Not Enrolled.

 

Anyone know how to fix it? I have updated my billing and waited over a week for it to update, but nothing it still says my card is not valid. Even though I've received still from amazon in the last week.

I understand you are trying to re-enroll the printer in Instant Ink.

 

As this is a billing issue, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here
