Hello,
Your printer does not have drivers for Windows 7, try the following solution:
- Turn on your printer and connect the USB cable.
- On the keyboard, press the Windows and R keys simultaneously. The Run window will open.
- Type control printers, then press the Enter key. The Devices and Printers window will open.
- Click Add a Printer.
- Click on The printer that I want isn't listed.
- Click Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings.
- Click Use an existing port.
- Click on the Use Existing Port drop-down list and select DOT4_001, then click Next.
- Click on Windows Update.
- Under Manufacturer in the Install Printer Driver window, click HP.
- Under Printers, select HP LaserJet 3055 PCL5, then click Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- In the Devices and Printers window, right-click the HP LaserJet 3055 PCL5 printer name, and then click Printer properties.
- On the General tab, and in the Printer Name field, type HP LaserJet 1010, then click OK.
- Try to print.
