Hello,

Your printer does not have drivers for Windows 7, try the following solution:

1. Turn on your printer and connect the USB cable.
2. On the keyboard, press the Windows and R keys simultaneously. The Run window will open.
3. Type control printers, then press the Enter key. The Devices and Printers window will open.
4. Click Add a Printer.
5. Click on The printer that I want isn't listed.
6. Click Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings.
7. Click Use an existing port.
8. Click on the Use Existing Port drop-down list and select DOT4_001, then click Next.
9. Click on Windows Update.
10. Under Manufacturer in the Install Printer Driver window, click HP.
11. Under Printers, select HP LaserJet 3055 PCL5, then click Next.
12. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
13. In the Devices and Printers window, right-click the HP LaserJet 3055 PCL5 printer name, and then click Printer properties.
14. On the General tab, and in the Printer Name field, type HP LaserJet 1010, then click OK.
15. Try to print.
