I know that many, if not all, of you are more computer savvy that me.

I have a relatively old HP Laser Jet 1020 that uses the 12A printer cartridges that print about 2000 pages.

Yesterday I replaced the cartridge. Somewhere in the process I deleted the printer from my compurt. I was able to find it on an HP website and downloaded it in my Settings section but it showed up as HP Laser Jet 1020 (Copy 1), which I set as my Default printer. It would print a test sheet but would not print anything else. I got a message saying the printer failed and to try again.

I deleted that printer and tried two more times getting Copy 2 and Copy 3. I got the same result.

Can any of you suggest what I need to do to get the printer to print other things in addition to the Test page.
