HP LaserJet Pro M118dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am attempting to reinstall a HP LaserJet Pro M11DW on a Windows 10 laptop. When setting up the Wireless connection (it will print when connected by a cable), I receive the message 'Windows cannot get the network setting from the router.

I have rebooted the router, uninstalled and reinstalled he drivers... to no avail.

I purcased the 1 tie support but the virtual agent does to provide a phone number,

Can someone give it to me?

@jacsdad, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are not able to connect the printer to the wireless network.

You may use the WPS button to connect the printer.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document -  Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.

You may also refer to - HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network) and HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

Use the HP Smart app to print.

You may also try these steps: Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
