I have a persistent unclearable document feeder paper jam issue and as part of troubleshooting, tried to apply the latest firmware, 20201012. Everything looks good - I downloaded from the website and ran the .exe and got a success message. But the printer still shows the (very old) firmware datecode of 20150228.  Any ideas of how to fix?  I could try to update incrementally, I suppose, but where are all the old firmware versions? (Then there's the feeder jam error - I have already gone through the physical troubleshooting steps for that, but will ask on that board)

Windows 11, latest version; printer prints fine wirelessly and from the glass, just can't make copies from the ADF!

I had the same issue, my printer was also on an old 2015 firmware.  The only way to update is to use an old Mac running MacOS 10.10 through 10.15.   I had an old Mac at work that still had 10.14 on it and the update worked no issues.
