Hello,  I am extraordinarily frustrated right now.   I just got the new printer and have had issues with the software  communicating with it.  I have multiple screen shots of the messages I have encountered but most recently when I went to print a pdf doc, I got a message saying the printer was offline and it's not.  I have it connected via WIFI.  I have spoken with HP Support US on FB messenger and have gotten nowhere.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the adobe DC software and the HP software 2x now and I still have the problem.  I have tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor and it cannot find my device.

Never mind.  I had a session online with technical assistance and he was able to fix me up.  Apparently when MS assigns a port for the printer it's too generic so he assigned the TCP/IP Port to my printer's unique IP address.  Problem solved.
