My HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M28w is not setting up wirelessly. A wireless network test report tells me:
"The wireless radio on your HP Printer is currently turned OFF"
I have been setting up through Smart but keep getting the above message in the report. Also, in the event it is part of the problem (I do not know) I am using a hotspot from my cell phone to get internet to my Apple Macbook Air.
Would appreciate learning how to turn this on as this might be the issue keeping me from setting up wirelessly. Thanks to all who respond.

Hello tfnyla,
On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button for three seconds. The Wireless light and Ready light start to blink. On your wireless router, press the WPS button. Wait up to two minutes while the printer automatically establishes a network connection with the wireless network.

Bernard,
Thank you for your response and information. The problem seems complicated by the fact that I am on a WiFi hotspot from my phone. So I see and can connect to the internet. I see the name of the network I am connected to and below it a list of "other networks". I see M28 Laser but if I select it, I lose my internet connection because I am leaving the hotspot connection, The most recent Network config report says:
"HP Printer cannot find your wireless router (as you suggested). Check that your wireless printer is powered on. Check that the printer's network name (SSID matches the network name (SSID) of your wireless router. If names don't match exactly run the wireless network setup to configure your HP Printer."
Frankly, I don't know where to find the "wireless network setup" and if I do is it simply a name change or, I am guessing, more complicated? Thanks again for your help.,
Thomas
