I need a downloadable driver for the HP Color Jet Pro MFP M477fdn printer please.

 

I have had the same laptop and printer for a few years. All of a sudden, my printer is not shown in my printer list and it seems impossible to find a downloadable driver for it. My husband keeps trying to discard all of my HP brands and buy a different brand. I trying to hold on, but things like this is giving me very much ammo to justify continued use.

Hi @B0NNI 

1. Please install the next driver for your printer:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL63876/t2-153744-3/HP_Color_LJ_Pro_MFP_M477_PCL6_Print_D...

 

2. Then you may need to Add printer from Windows > Settings > Printers > Add device option.

3. Also you can try to install printer driver using HP Easy Start:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/printers/HPEasyStart/HPEasyStart_17_5_11.exe

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
