Hi,
I got a HP printer, model Laser Jet M110W and i'm getting a printing issue. The printer is getting into a erorr state with no error showing in which is printing one line of page and the rest remain blank and remain in an error state. Windows is automaticaly installing HP Laser Jet M109-M112 PCLm-S driver and i think this is the problem, the driver. I tried installing the printer with hp easy smart, hp doctor, hp smart with no succes. All the apps are installing the same driver and the same printing problem emerge. I cannot select another driver from device manager but because of digital sign driver enforcement and won't let me pick the right one. I tried removing the driver from device manager with no avail. The HP support page only provides two version of hp easy smart app for this printer, no manual driver. In the past I manage, i don't know how, on windows 10, to install a Laser Jet M110W driver, not M109-M112PCLm-S and it worked. Now I'm using Windows 11. If someone could help me with some advice please !

Ok, if the Test page is printed ok, then you try to install the next software:

1. Please try to print the Self Test page with the steps from next video:

2. Now check the printed page, should look like the next one:

The Self Test page print is working. As I wrote before the driver is the problem. In windows even the test page is printing like the screenshot. Hp easy start and hp doctor freeze like in the screenshots.
