Good day.
When you purchased this printer and set up as instructed, the printer worked in order for about two weeks. Now, after a week of disuse, I turned it on and the connection to the computer disappeared. The HP smart application indicates that the printer is disconnected while it is normally connected. The printer normally copies the papers. But printing something from a computer is impossible. I have a printer connected via USB. I tried to reinstall the drivers and the HP smart application and now I can't find the given printer even though it can be seen normally on the computer

I thought of putting the printer in the factory settings. Does anyone know how to do this type? There is no option in the menu and it is not written in the instructions either

Are you getting any error messages while printing?
