Greetings,
I've searched the internet for a step by step procedure to do a factory reset on a HP Laser MFP 137fnw.
The procedures that i tried:
- Turn off the printer and disconnect all cables from it.
- Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer control panel.
- While holding the buttons, turn on the printer.
- Continue holding the buttons until the Attention light and Ready light turn on.
- Release the buttons.
- Finally, press the Cancel button four timess
Also tried to do a factory reset with holding the cancel + power button / cancel + arrow to the right also tried the tech menu and with no success.
While the user manual does not specify how to perform this procedure i would like that you provide us with the correct steps. While the printer is setup to a diffrent network/user and cannot be used anymore before factory reset.

Greetings,
On your link there is no MPF 137FNW steps described. While looking on the control panel there is no ''Up'' button while following the steps for: HP LaserJet MFP M139-M142 printers.
Is there a option that, you provide a correct way for Factory resetting this device. Or share the web link for this specific model.

Greetings,
The product is working properly but we need to perform a factory reset so that we can setup advanced features. Please provide us the correct steps to perform a factory reset of this device.
And we do not need a product replacement but a factory reset of this device. can you please provide a procedure to perform a factory reset of this device.

Hi Elohi_NR,
I'm still awaiting for a procedure that will result in Factory reseting the device.
I'm linking the user manual that is on your website https://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06288271.pdf which does not describe how to perform a factory reset of this device or I couldn't find it.
As you send in the private message both attempts for contacting HP support over telephone: +386 1 2307 420 failed while the phone number is not valid in Slovenia. Also we are not in a need of a service or replacement because the device is in working order but advanced features are locked in menu which we are trying to unlock with a factory reset.

Hi Elohi_NR,
Is there any updates regarding this issue?
I've contacted HP Support in Slovenia and they cannot help me regarding this issue. Can you please provide the steps for Factory resetting this device to its factory defaults?

Hi HP Support team,
I still haven't recived the correct procedure for performing a factory reset of this device.
- HP Support in Slovenia states that this model is not supported by them and i should contact you
- HP Support online sent me 3 steps that didn't resolve this issue and then advised me to contact HP Support in Slovenia (their anwser is above)
- I checked out the user manual for this device: chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06288271.pdf and there is no mention of factory reset.
- We tried Teh Mode reset with no success also tried three steps over the control panel and no success
Can you please provide the correct steps for factory reset.
