I want to factory reset it, how can I do it?

You will need to follow the instructions below to solve this issue:

  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. Press and hold down the Right Arrow (
     
  3. ress and hold down the  Right Arrow  (
     

     

    ) and the  Cancel  (
     

     

    ) buttons.
  4.  
  5. Hold the buttons when you turn on the printer.
  6.  
  7. When the  Permanent Storage Init.  screen appear, release the  Right Arrow  (
     

     

    ) and the  Cancel (
     

     

    ) buttons.
  8.  

     

  9. NOTE : It takes about 60 seconds before initialization process begins.
    If the bottom right arrow of the Permanent Storage Init. screen does not appear, repeat steps 1 and 2, but this time press the bottom left arrow.
  10. The initialization starts.
  11. When the initialization completes, the printer enters the generic printer mode.
