HP LaserJet 100 color MFP M175

I am using HP Laserjet 100 FP N175NW for last few years and sudently getting an error so not able to print.  I have uninstall the software and now try to install and having all sorts of issue.  FIrst of all it was going through installation processes and will stop at 99%.  Now was able to connect and install and can not find the printer on network.  I am using wireless network and connecting USB when it request me to connect.  AFter 5 minutes I receive message that printer driver not available ton network.  I used help and disconnect firewall still same issue.  I have try everything but not able to load.  PLEAE HELP

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP LaserJet 100 color MFP M175 Printer. I understand that printer not found during network setup and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

 

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Restart the computer, printer and router.
  • Manually connect the printer to your network.
  • Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
  • Temporarily disable firewall software on the computer.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the HP driver and software.

Click here and refer the document to perform the above steps.
