Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Can't find my previous post and will respond to the reply that I was sent. So I repeat my question. I need a driver for the HP LaserJet 1015 printer for Windows 7 (64). The printer is turned on and connected via a USB port. But the printer setup program does not fix it: waiting for the printer to be connected. Windows printer finds and puts drivers, but it does not appear in the list of installed printers.

 

1) On this page, which you sent me in response: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-1015-printer/377936 my OS is defined as windows NT, and for windows 7 there are no DRIVERS for my printer at all!!!

Please just send this driver file or give a direct link to download it.

 

2) On this page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-1015-printer/377936 after downloading and unpacking the archive, directories appear in which there is no file with the exe extension at all. Where is the driver file?

 

Please just send this driver file (HP LaserJet 1015 printer for Windows 7) or give a direct link to download it.

Hi,

Your printer driver is provided via Windows Update and you shouldn't install any software from hp.com.

 

Follow below steps to connect your printer to a Widnows 7 PC:

Hello ShlomiL! Thank you very much for your specific advice. It's all good!

However, how do I now delete extra copies of HP LaserJet 1015 printers. The fact is that in the "Devices and printers" window they are not displayed. And in the program word-  all of them are, but from there they can not be removed. Cm. printskrinsPrint from Word.jpgУстройства и принтеры.jpg

From the start menu type Notepad into the search bar and open Notepad.

Click File > Print.

From the shown dialog right click any unwanted copy of your pritner and select Delete, be sure to keep the main copy..
