Product: HP LaserJet 1022 Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Moving to new Mac Mini which loads with OS Monterey 12.1. I uploaded the latest driver from HP released just a couple months ago (Oct. 2021) and when I try to upload the driver it says it will only work with Mac OS 12.0 or earlier! What? Has HP bailed on me? This little b/w laser printer has been a workhorse and the best printer I have ever owned - please tell me there is a solution! Thanks!

Hello @SunnyDaysAhead .

You can use Hp Smart, if you previously had it uninstall it and download it from the following link:
https://apps.apple.com/es/app/hp-smart/id469284907

 

Another option:
1.-Download the v5.1 package:
https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?locale=es_LAMR
2.- In Apple Store search and download Pacifist. Open version 5.1 with the Pacifist program and install it.

Pacifist can be downloaded from any of the following links:
1.https://www.macupdate.com/action/download-web-scan/6812
2.https://dxryqonso08qd.cloudfront.net/webscan/6812/9b6b7dd1b0584829651bf0bd39ab5af992fd8938a843c3f564...

3.- Computer - System Preferences - Printers and Scanners - click on the + sign . Click on the printer under the name. Select Other software in use. Find the hp laserjet 108. Add it. Print the proof.
