Product: hp lasetjet e60155

Hello,

 

I have a problem with HP LaserJet E60155. The duplexer in Windows settings constantly uninstall itself and hp e60155 printer requires manual duplex printing.

 

In my company there are about 50 different printers from Brother Kyocera Samsung Lexmark and even HP and this problem occurs only with THIS specific model.

 

I have tried using these drivers:

ps-usb-x64-7.1.0.25570

upd-pcl6-x64-7.1.0.25570

Full_Webpack-49.10.4644-LJE60155-E60175_Full_Webpack

 

I have tried newest firmware on 2 of 3 e60155 printers.

 

One of 3 printers has turned off power saving and is running 24h and it also didn't solve the problem.

 

All three E60155 printers in my company randomly switch off duplex printing. They are connected by ethernet. The work under Windows 10 22h2, Windows 10 1803, Windows 10 20h1.

 

At this point I am helpless and hopeless. I hope one of you can figure it out.
