at the setup or setting  printer want me to enter PIN(user accer,  or admin or service), 

but there's nowhere pi to be find. On the printer or in the priner chasis nowhere....

 in last 3 years we instal same model at least 20 printers ,and this model"A PIN was never required until now.

how to get pin?? where it is??

we unpack one more printer and same situation??
