Product: HP LaserJet M1005 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 26.0 Tahoe

I am trying to print from my MacBook currently running on MacOS version 26 using the HP LaserJet M1005 MFP. But it is not taking any documents for printing. It is showing in the Printers and Scanners but when setup is complete, it is not printing anything. I am not sure what is the issue is and how to debug.

Hi @ThatsLalit 

For that printer Laserjet M1005 maybe there is no driver available for MacOS 26, because it is an old printer.

  • Searching for one alternative driver...🤔

(1) Connect your Ink Tank printer with USB cable:

(2) Then try to install the next driver:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
