Thank you. I have couple of questions.
1. I can not find Firmware Update Utility to use with MAC OS X 13. Found some .rfu files on ftp servers for HP, but this is not normal page text only, is there official support page for manual Firmware Update for this printer using Mac OS X 13
2. Can this printer work using all cables connected at the same time. USB Ethernet and Wireless? I tried to update or check firmware using "On-printer thouch screen" nothing was working, unplugged cables used wireless and not no connection to network, but, printer prints and able to go online to download apps and so.
3. What is the problem with Firewall on printer when turned on printer will not connect to EWS anymore, and is there a manual, or spesific website for emploeeys maybe on how to setup EWS.
4. Why after setup HP Utility Shows Two different printer names one HP LaserJet M130fw and second HP LaserJet MFP M129-M134 product name is completely different G3Q60A.
HP Utility does have an option to update firmware but that option is asking for URL or ftp .rfu file thru URL
Thank you for time pleae help.

Hi @smallPrinteruse ,
Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
The Barachiel is at your service.
I understand you are in need of support,
I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned below:
1) Follow the steps below and try updating the firmware in the printer itself. If it says, the firmware is up to date, then that's the latest version available. 🙂
Update directly from the printer
Many HP printers released in 2010 and later support Web Services, cloud based printing services that include ePrint, printer apps, firmware updates, and content that you can print directly from the control panel. These printers can use a direct Internet connection to find and install updates.
note:
Supported printers must connect to a wireless or wired network with an active Internet connection to install updates. If the printer connects to the computer with a USB cable, this update method is not available. Continue to the method to download firmware from the HP website.
-
Navigate to the printer update feature. Menu names and icons vary by printer.
-
Printers with an ePrint button or icon: Touch or press the HP ePrint icon or button (
or
), touch or press Settings or Setup if necessary, then touch or press Product Update or Check Product Updates.
-
Printers with text-based menus: Select the Setup, Service, or Settings menu, select Preferences, Printer Maintenance, or Tools if necessary, then select Web Services, Printer Update, or LaserJet Update.
-
-
If you are prompted to sign up or accept terms of service, follow any on-screen instructions to enable Web Services and setup automatic updates. This procedure sets up the printer's Internet connection so it can receive updates.
-
If the printer does not automatically start the update process, select Check for Updates or a similar menu to start the update.
2) No, you can either connect it with Ethernet or usb or wireless.
3) Follow this link which has detailed steps to access and open the HP Embedded Web Server.
4) Follow the steps given below:
Root Level – printer driver reinstallation:
I recommend you delete the driver and root level and retry, follow the steps below:
In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Let me know how that pans out. 🙂
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask any other queries as well,
Considering, this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help. 😉

How do get or find the link or URL to firmware update directly from HP for G3Q60A using HP Utility 5.38.0 or dedicted HP Firmware Update, wich is hard to find as well?
HP LaserJet M130fw or MFP M129-M134 Firmware Update .rfu G3Q60A
As I was asking in detail. I guess after trying two different methods rather than playing with customer level update I would rather secure my results and go for a more detail approach, so I can make sure that my printer is "re-flushed" thru Firmware Update Utility. All helpfull steps provided were down many times. How do get or find the link or URL to firmware update directly from HP for G3Q60A? Thank you!

Hi @smallPrinteruse ,
Thank you for responding,
It's great to have you back 😉
There is no firmware update available for this particular printer in HP's support site, However, there is a firmware update for the same printer with windows 10.
If you have another computer which run's in windows 10, you can follow this link, and install the full feature driver software in that windows computer, and then follow this link to update the firmware.
Once done, you can connect the same printer to the mac, and check if it works. 🙂
If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,
Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum. Have a great day!
Regards,
Barachiel

Hi,
No that is not true. You are just failing to learn about your product and confusing your customers. HP Utility for this model has an FirmWare Update option which means it can be updated thru Mac OS as well. Your support pretends to help customers by copy and pasting useless information. Suggesting to buy a new computer and use command line while HP Utility for Mac OS has a designed port to update firmware. STOP! responding if you are uncapable to provide a solution other customers might need to user firmware as well. Not talking about the fact that printer does not work properly and no one cares on HP side.
I do not thank you for your time because you are wasting other peoples time as well that come here to learn how to fix your product on the firsrt day of purchase.
