Product: HP LaserJet M1536 MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

One of my customers has an HP LaserJet M1536 MFP,, connected over a network to Windows 11. Seconds after printing the printer goes to deep sleep. The only way to wake it up is switching it off and on again; very clumsy and uncomfortable for the user. My customer is unhappy and I look dumb because I do not have a solution. Can somebody help me? Does HP have a better firmware or driver?
