As previous posts mention, m15a is recognized by os x but does not work. As for other customers, the printer works on windows 10 but it doesn't on os x 10.12 and os x 10.14.
Os X recognizes the printer and when trying to print there is no error message but no print either....
Easyprint is unable to work properly and I obviously tried to uninstall, change cable, change mac, nothing work so far and I suspect this printer to not be compatible with os x systems

Hi,
Please download and install below drivers fro the printer:
Once completing the installation, power on the printer and connect the USB, then go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners and click the plus sign. Select your printer model from the Use drop-down menu (HP Laserjet Pro M14-M17) and click on Add.
Now try printing and let me know the results.
